Rogers has recently added the Nokia CS-18 to their prepaid device line-up, offering it up at $149.99 outright. The plans available start at $10 for 100MB of usage, $25 for 500MB, or $100 for 1500MB. Apparently the $100 option can be used within 3 months, so users can space out their usage. The lower packages would be useful for those who need occasional access on the go, but the more expensive options seem a little steep and users might be better off purchasing on outright and activating it on a monthly plan.
