After several weeks of unexplained delays, it seems Bell will finally launch the BlackBerry Pearl 3G this Friday, June 4th. Though nothing is completely set in stone, this new addition to the BlackBerry line-up is expected to cost around $29.95 on a 3 year term, or $329.95 contract-free.
The BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9100 features high-end specifications in the familiar compact Pearl form, and will be the first in Bell's Pearl line-up to use their HSPA network. Other significant improvements over previous models include an increased display resolution, 3.2MP camera, optical trackpad, and Wi-Fi (b, g, n).
